Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation achieved by completing and successfully passing extensive training courses after receiving real estate licensure. Only about 22% of Realtors® nationwide have been awarded the GRI designation. · 

We Give Back To The Community

Greg and Ginger live in Shadow Wood at The Brooks located in Bonita Springs. Residents since 2000, Greg is a member of the Estero Council of Community Leaders and The Brooks Concerned Citizens. Both organizations are devoted to maintaining a quality lifestyle, grand architecture and pleasing ambiance for the community we serve. Greg is President of the Ginger Pointe Homeowners Association and served on the 2005 transition teams for the Shadow Wood Country Club and The Brooks Commons Club. He currently is a member of The Commons Club Advisory Council, representing Shadow Wood. Ginger, in addition to being a Realtor®, has her own interior design business which is very beneficial to our clients for staging during the sales process and furnishing a home after closing.

Where We Have Been And A Little About What We Have Done

Ginger, born in Baltimore was educated in Maryland and Georgia where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. In addition to real estate and interior design business she enjoys tennis and is an avid duplicate bridge player.

Greg, originally from the Washington, D.C. suburb of Potomac, Maryland has lived in La Jolla, California and Dunwoody, Georgia. Prior to his real estate career, he was a senior healthcare administrator at the National Institutes of Health; Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and a government consultant in Bethesda, Maryland. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor (Law) degree. He is an Ironman, having completed the Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii (Swim, Bike, Run international competition covering 112 miles on the big island).
